About 4kids
4kids is a children’s activities guide for families in Ireland.
We produce 2 each year, Summer & Winter and they are available in 3 regions: Munster, Leinster & Dublin. The magazine includes articles, some great competitions for children & parents and activities to do at home on a rainy day.
It also includes a useful directory which lists all companies divided into convenient categories and then grouped by County to help you find something local to where you are.
The idea for a magazine came about because, as parents, we thought there was no place to go to find things to do with our children especially in the holidays. We have spent time researching and are sure you will find 4kids a useful resource to use as a family.

Why a printed guide? Surely the internet is the way forward?
The internet is a fantastic resource for all aspects of life and education and there are new websites coming online all the time specifically aimed at finding things and places to go with the kids in Ireland. We feel that if you want to use the internet you need to be really organised and do all your research before you leave the house - and then the information can be overwhelming with no one source being complete.
Our guide is for families who want to just go....or have it in the car and think 'Where can we go now?' - all the info is there at your hands for a smooth running family day out! But of course the printed material is hard to keep up to date with festivals and local events so we hope that our what's on page compliments our guide to provide all the information that you need.
